\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u5149\u7ea4\u9640\u87ba\u4eea (FOG)\u3001\u73af\u5f62\u6fc0\u5149\u9640\u87ba\u4eea (RLG) \u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u4e8e MEMS \u7684\u60ef\u6027\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u548c\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u9886\u5148\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5546\u548c\u5236\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u4ea7\u54c1\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u56fd\u9632\u548c\u5546\u4e1a\u5e02\u573a\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e1a\u5185\u6700\u5927\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u60ef\u6027\u5bfc\u822a\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u5957\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3\u65e0\u4eba\u673a\u5e02\u573a\u6218\u672f\u3001\u5bfc\u822a\u548c\u6218\u7565\u7ea7\u7ec6\u5206\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5e7f\u6cdb\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9640\u87ba\u4eea\u3001IMU \u548c\u60ef\u6027\u5bfc\u822a\u7cfb\u7edf (INS) \u53ef\u5728\u6ce8\u91cd SWaP (PIC) \u6280\u672f\uff0c\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u7cbe\u5bc6\u5236\u9020\u7684\u82af\u7247\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u5355\u4e2a\u5149\u7ea4\u7ec4\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u575a\u56fa\u8010\u7528\u7684 IMU \u53ef\u51cf\u5c11\u6f02\u79fb\u5e76\u63d0\u9ad8\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u662f\u9ad8\u52a8\u6001\u65e0\u4eba\u7cfb\u7edf\u5e94\u7528\u548c\u9ad8\u52a0\u901f\u5ea6\u3001\u632f\u52a8\u6216\u51b2\u51fb\u73af\u5883\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u4e4b\u9009\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u88c5\u7f6e\u7684\u529f\u8017\u4f4e\uff0c\u53ef\u8f7b\u677e\u96c6\u6210\u5230\u66f4\u9ad8\u7ea7\u522b\u7684\u60ef\u6027\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u66ff\u4ee3\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5e02\u552e\u7684 \u5426\u8ba4\u5bfc\u822a\u3001\u7cbe\u786e\u7784\u51c6\u548c\u89c6\u7ebf\u7a33\u5b9a\u6240\u9700\u7684\u66f4\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u5e94\u7528\u9886\u57df\u5305\u62ec\u65e0\u4eba\u673a\u60ef\u6027\u5bfc\u822a\u3001\u5f92\u6b65\u58eb\u5175\u3001\u6c11\u7528\u65e0\u4eba\u9a7e\u9a76\u822a\u7a7a\u4ee5\u53ca\u77f3\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u52d8\u63a2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f4e\u566a\u97f3\u3001\u9ad8\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u7684 FOG IMU \u6027\u80fd\u6bd4\u540c\u7c7b\u7cfb\u7edf\u9ad8\u51fa\u4e94\u500d\u3002\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u5185\u90e8\u4fe1\u53f7\u5904\u7406\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u6216\u8f85\u52a9\u5bfc\u822a\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u9009\u914d\u6807\u51c6 IMU delta \u901f\u5ea6\u548c delta theta \u8f93\u51fa\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u6700\u5148\u8fdb\u7684 FPGA \u7535\u5b50\u5143\u4ef6\u548c\u590d\u6742\u7684\u5361\u5c14\u66fc\u6ee4\u6ce2\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u8be5\u8bbe\u5907\u80fd\u591f\u901a\u8fc7\u9640\u87ba\u7f57\u76d8assassing \u5728\u5c0f\u4e8e 1
